Tron: Ares
This Disney live-action sci-fi sequel (PG-13, in theaters October 10, 2025) follows an advanced AI program sent from the digital Grid into the real world, with high-energy chase sequences, stylized combat, and two on-screen human deaths including a stabbing. The action is largely bloodless and digitally stylized, but the intensity, mature themes around AI and mortality, and scattered strong language put it firmly in older-teen territory.
Best suited for teens 13 and up; most younger children will find the action sequences too intense and some death scenes too upsetting.
