Toy Story 4
Woody and the gang go on a heartfelt adventure through an antique shop and a carnival, with plenty of laughs and some genuinely moving moments about belonging and letting go. The film is warmer and funnier than it sounds, though the ventriloquist dummy villains run notably darker and creepier than anything in the earlier Toy Story films.
Most comfortable for kids 5 and up; sensitive 3- and 4-year-olds may need a lap to sit in during the antique shop sequences.

First encounter with Benson and the ventriloquist dummies inside the antique shop: they surround the toys, gnash their teeth, and give chase through narrow, dark spaces. Reported as the scariest sequence in the film.
Rainy opening flashback shows a sad separation between Woody and Bo Peep that sets an emotional tone early on.
Forky throws himself out of the moving RV; Woody leaps out after him to bring him back safely.
