The Lego Movie

Movie · 2014

A wonderfully inventive adventure that is genuinely funny for all ages, built around big themes of creativity, conformity, and being yourself. The action is nearly constant and all rendered in Lego bricks, which softens its impact considerably, but the pace and some villain imagery may be a lot for the youngest viewers.

Most comfortable for ages 6 and up; sensitive kids around 5 may want a parent alongside for the villain and action scenes.
