Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu
Mando and Grogu's big-screen debut is a heartfelt space-western built on loyalty and found family, but it brings noticeably more intense action than earlier Star Wars films aimed at young kids. The violence is mostly bloodless and sci-fi in style, yet the creature scares, gladiator battles, and repeated life-or-death moments make this a better fit for older children.
Best for kids 10 and up who already enjoy the Mandalorian TV series; younger Star Wars fans who handle creature scares well may be fine with a grown-up alongside them.
