Spy x Family

TV show · 2022

This charming anime action-comedy follows a spy, an assassin, and a mind-reading little girl who each pretend to be a perfectly ordinary family, with sweet laughs and genuine heart at its center. The series carries a TV-14 rating for a reason: spy missions involve guns, punches, explosions, and occasional blood, and Season 2 in particular ramps up the action intensity noticeably.

Best suited for tweens and teens 12 and up, or younger kids who handle action anime well and have a parent nearby to chat through the spy-world violence.
