Pupstruction
A cheerful Disney Junior preschool series following Phinny, a young corgi, and his dog construction crew as they solve problems for their town of Petsburg with teamwork and perseverance. The tone is warm and upbeat throughout, with no villains, no frightening moments, and a steady focus on positive social-emotional lessons.
A great fit for toddlers and preschoolers roughly ages 2 to 5 who love dogs, trucks, and building things.
Episodes to know about
The rival cat team Lickety Split (Bobby, Scratch, and Sniff) occasionally tries to beat or embarrass the pup crew; their schemes always backfire harmlessly and are played for gentle comedy rather than meanness.
Mild exclamations like "oh my gosh" and "daggonit" are sprinkled throughout; no stronger language is present.
An episode where a character faces her first doctor's checkup with nerves is a sweet, low-key opportunity to talk with little ones about their own feelings around medical visits.
