Pokémon Horizons: The Series

TV show · 2023

This is the whole-series report, covering Pokémon Horizons: The Series and its follow-on seasons (Horizons – The Search for Laqua and Rising Hope). It's a warm, adventure-driven reboot built around two relatable new heroes, Liko and Roy, but it trades the old show's bumbling Team Rocket for a genuinely serious villain group called the Explorers, which makes the peril feel more real than classic Pokémon.

Comfortable for most kids 6 and up; very sensitive or very young children (under 5) may find the Explorers intimidating.
