Plankton: The Movie
This SpongeBob spin-off follows Plankton and his computer wife Karen through a marriage-in-crisis story that tips into cartoonish world-domination chaos. It sits a touch darker and louder than a typical SpongeBob episode, with slapstick destruction and a handful of insult-heavy song lyrics, but all the mayhem is animated and played for laughs.
Most comfortable for kids 7 and up who already know and love SpongeBob; younger fans can join with a grown-up nearby for the louder, scarier stretches.

Plankton's pattern of dismissing Karen's contributions is established early and is framed as a problem the story will correct, making it a good conversation starter about listening and respect.
A song in which Plankton catalogs his own bad behavior includes repeated insults ("moron," "idiot," "dumbo," "ninny," "stupid") and a word shortened to "BS" that younger kids will likely miss but older kids may pick up on.
Karen imagines herself as a giant destroyer, stomping landmarks and wearing the Statue of Liberty as a heel; visually bigger and louder than typical SpongeBob fare and may startle sensitive younger viewers.
