LEGO Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu

TV show · 2011

This report covers the full series run (Seasons 1–15, 2011–2022). An action-packed cartoon following four ninja warriors who defend the world of Ninjago from a parade of villains, with plenty of martial-arts battles and humor woven throughout — but also a toy line very much front and center.

Most comfortable for kids 7 and up; confident 6-year-olds who enjoy action cartoons may be fine with earlier seasons, but the series grows noticeably darker and more emotionally intense in later seasons.

Zane, one of the four main ninja, apparently sacrifices himself and is believed dead; this is treated as a genuine emotional loss for the team and may be upsetting for children attached to the character.
