Episodes to know about
The very first episode establishes the show's tone with graphic kaiju monster designs and gory monster-cleanup work; parents can use this episode as a litmus test for whether the content level is right for their viewer.
Severe gore runs across the entire series, not limited to specific episodes; monster kills show blood, organs, and entrails throughout.
Military gunfire on kaiju and explosive battle sequences produce sudden loud audio spikes in most action episodes; the first episode also contains at least one high-pitched noise noted by reviewers.
