Grizzy and the Lemmings
This French CGI comedy follows a grizzly bear and a chaotic gang of lemmings battling over a forest ranger's cozy cabin, with every episode told entirely through sound effects and visual gags and no dialogue at all. The slapstick is firmly in the Looney Tunes tradition: characters get squashed, launched, and electrocuted for laughs, then pop back up completely fine, but the relentless pace and repetitive conflict are worth knowing about before you press play. This report covers the full series run (2016 to 2024).
A comfortable fit for kids around 5 and up who already enjoy classic cartoon slapstick; sensitive or very young viewers may find the constant physical chaos overstimulating.
Episodes to know about
Nearly every episode features at least one sequence where a character has a heavy object dropped on them, is electrocuted, or is sent crashing through a hard surface; the effect is always played for laughs and no harm is shown.
Loud crash, zap, and impact sound effects land constantly throughout every episode with little quiet between them; very sound-sensitive children may find this tiring or startling on repeat viewing.
Episodes routinely end without any character changing their behavior or making amends; the cycle of selfishness and retaliation is the entire premise and is never challenged by the story.
