Elio

Movie · 2025

Elio is a Pixar sci-fi adventure about a lonely, space-obsessed boy who is accidentally beamed up to an alien council and must find his place in the universe. The heart of the film is warm and hopeful, but it carries real emotional weight around parental loss and bullying, plus some action-peril sequences that may rattle sensitive younger viewers.

Most comfortable for kids around 6 and up, with a bit of pre-screening conversation for those who are sensitive to loss themes or intense-looking villains.
