Danger Force
This report covers the full series (3 seasons, 2020–2024). Danger Force is a lively Nickelodeon superhero sitcom following four kids-in-training who learn to control their new powers under the very imperfect guidance of Captain Man — think cartoon-style action, a big laugh track, and plenty of squabbling. The action is fantastical and played for laughs throughout, with no blood or gore anywhere in the run.
A great fit for kids around 7 and up who love superhero silliness; most content under 7 will find the argument-heavy humor and occasional zap-fights a little much.
Episodes to know about
Fantasy power battles happen in nearly every episode: lightning strikes, telekinetic throws, sonic screams, and laser blasts knock characters around; all played for comedy with no injuries shown realistically.
Captain Man routinely lies to, belittles, and argues with the young heroes; the kids also bicker heavily with each other — this tone is a consistent throughline, not isolated moments.
Adult characters (especially Captain Man) model poor anger management and deception; worth a quick chat about how the grown-ups in the show aren't always good role models.
